چکیده

Using the general, model independent form of the effective Hamiltonian, the general expressions of the longitudinal, normal and transversal polarization asymmetries for l and l+ and combinations of them for the exclusive B → Kl+l− decay are found. The sensitivity of lepton polarizations and their combinations on new Wilson coefficients are studied. It is found that there exist regions of Wilson coefficients for which the branching ratio coincides with the Standard Model result while the lepton polarizations differ substantially from the standard model prediction. Hence, studying lepton polarization in these regions of new Wilson coefficients can serve as a promising tool for establishing new physics beyond the Standard Model. The Effects of Fourth Generation on the double Lepton Polarization in B → K l + l − decay

This study investigates the influence of the fourth generation quarks on the double lepton polarizations in B → Kl+l− decay. Taking |Vt′sVt′b| ∼ {0.01−0.03} with phase about 100◦, which is consistent with the b → sl+l− rate and the Bs mixing parameter ∆mBs , we obtain that the double lepton(μ, τ) polarizations are quite sensitive to the existence of fourth generation. It can serve as a good too...

Double–lepton polarization asymmetries in the B → Kl+l− decay beyond the Standard Model

General expressions for the double–lepton polarizations in the B → Kl+l− decay are obtained, using model independent effective Hamiltonian, including all possible interactions. Correlations between the averaged double–lepton polarization asymmetries and the branching ratio, as well as, the averaged single–lepton polarization asymmetry are studied. It is observed that, study of the double–lepton...

New physics effects in Λb → Λl+l− decay with lepton polarizations

We study lepton polarization asymmetries in the Λb → Λl+l− decay using the most general model independent effective Hamiltonian. The dependence of the lepton polarizations and their combinations on the new Wilson coefficients are studied in detail. It is observed that there is a region for the new Wilson coefficients for which the branching ratio coincides with the standard model prediction, wh...
